Follow this quick step-by-step guide to purchase, install and activate your eSIM on iOS or Android.
Select the eSIM data plan that best fits your trip (country, region or global). Make sure you check:
During checkout, use the same email address where you want to receive your eSIM details.
After completing the payment, your eSIM details are generated.
Tip: Keep another device (laptop or second phone) open with your email / QR code, so you can scan it easily with the phone where you want to install the eSIM.

You can later rename the eSIM and choose which line is used for mobile data in Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular).
The wording may slightly change depending on the phone brand (Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, etc.), but the process is similar:
After installation, check mobile data settings and make sure the new eSIM is selected as the active data plan.
Once the eSIM is installed, you may need to enable mobile data and sometimes data roaming for that line.
If data does not work after a few minutes, try toggling airplane mode on/off, or restarting the phone. If you still have issues, open a support ticket and share screenshots of your mobile data and eSIM settings.
